Was able to quickly pay 2012 taxes by emailing the form and (lord knows why) a copy of picture ID to verify my identity for a credit card payment to Sandra Gustav. One day turnaround to receipt. It was a pleasure! Thank you, Ms Gustave and Patricia Sewer! Glad to have the discount and miles!
If they could actually automate this process, it would be better for all.

Glad this worked for you. But I would never pay, either in cash, check or cc unless I had the receipt and stamped copy of my taxes in hand. Go in person.

Got an e-mail receipt. Not on island, so have relied on USPS in the past.
