According to the St Croix Source Online News dated Aug 30,2007, The Virgin Islands Department of Tourism will start paying vacationers that stay a participating Hotels and Resorts a $250.00 credit to Fly There during the fall months. This will be good for the economy on the island, and for someone on a pre-move visit.

Hope their refund process is faster than the reimbursment process for contractors....WAPA...Tax refunds and so on.....:)
