I have tried listening to Topp Talk in the morning (not while I'm driving) the past month and I just find his show beyond boring. I am sure he is a very nice person, but listening to him is a sure cure for insomnia. I am actually listening to him now and a caller asked him if it was ok to eat meat on Fridays - Do you know he has spent the last 20 minutes going over his meat preferences. How does this show stay on the air.
The lady before his show is actually quite good, she keeps the flow moving
Anyway Galaxy Star Radio starts broadcasting via the internet next Monday.

I don't have much opinion one way or the other on Roger Morgan, but I'll say this...his replacements wrote the book on boring! There's always dead air, which of course is the worst thing on radio! Slow speaking, not lively, etc. Boring!! I do like the country music, though.

Are they permanent? I thought the station was trying them out. I do agree they need to liven it up.

The best of the bunch has been Hope Gibson.
The others I can't listen to more than a few seconds then it's 104.9 the Mongoose.
As for the country music they do play alot of current "chart topping" stuff but what I enjoy is the old Charlie Daniels, Willie Nelson, Hank Jr ........
I believe I even heard some Alman Brothers the other day. It's good to have the variety.

the show this week has been HOT, everyone thinks Kim Jones from Mongoose was just a funny sidekick. She is smokin' smart and quick. I loved how she asked Shoembaum today while he was ranting about the census if he would agree that we got more questions cuz we are just more interesting. Cracked my a__ up
