Stupid question....
Are all 800,888,866 toll free numbers usable dialing from the USVI?

Actually..... I have had trouble acessing some toll free numbers from the USVI... it hasn't happened often, however several times I got computerized responses "this toll free number is not accessiable from your area"
or the number got through but wasn't where I was trying to call and when I double checked with the company the number was correct and worked fine from the mainland.
In those cases I had to call the regular number.
Both overall yes the numbers work. And there are businesses locally that have 800 and toll free numbers to their offices and stores.
