Thought I'd give you a little reminder of why it's better to live in the USVI. Right now in Cecilia, Ky it is 7 degrees Fahrenheit, with snow later in the week. Temperatures are not projected to get above freezing for the entire next week. It is COLD!!!

We just got back from L'ville yesterday. Temp when we left was 16.

With the wind chill it's about -5 here...and we also have a blizzard warning in effect.......Jeez, it would be great to be on the beach in STX.

It is 15 in NJ and we leave tomorrow for three months in STT.
We came up to see family for December and it has done is been cold with lots of snow!

It was 70 here in AZ today but no sea breeze or beach.

i had to make an emergency flight home to Massachusetts a couple days before christmas. I booked my flight twenty minutes before my ferry to Stt to catch the ferry for my flight. I looked in my closet for anything I had that was warm. I grabbed my sweatshirt that I thought would suffice. The first second I got off the plane in NYC I wanted to crawl up in a ball and wait for a blanket.... but instead I had to ride the train for an hour and then walk five blocks... i forgot how cold it was with only being here for a few months. Glad to be back though!

Winter storm warning now in effect. Starting tomorrow morning (Thurs) 3-5 inches of snow, plus single digit temperatures.
