Do notice though, it is one-way (based on round-trip), so the Miami-STX @ $171 comes to almost $400 when you add the taxes and fees. That's about normal, isn't it?

There was another thread about airlines that mentioned Spirit Airlines. Anyone know if they are still considering STX?

I would love it if Spirit started flying here - lots of cheap flights! According to their website they're only flying to STT right now. Hope that changes!

i booked my one way ticket from milwaukee for oct. 1st about a month ago for $250.00 🙂

My girlfriend is coming from Minneapolis/St. Paul on the 7th for around $300.00, and she only booked her flight about 2 weeks ago.

Both Flights are US Air, not my favorite, but have never had and "serious" issues with them in the past.

I believe that when I was looking Spirit only does Saturday or weekend flights to STX until season starts, sometime in November if I remember correctly

actually, it's Spirit but to STT. As indicated here by others, they don't fly to stx.
