Absurd question

There is a place in the mall that calls itself a dollar store. Not much for a dollar though!

BTW, there have been lots of questions asked here. That does not qualify as absurd.:D

Yeah, I agree with Pamela - Cash and Carry has tons of crap - I mean stuff.

I love going in there.

You just never know when you will find a piece of stuff that you must have and never before knew existed! A great place to hang out while you do the laundry next door 🙂

... or if you need some kitchen gadget - or an odd plate or bowl - or SWATTERS. (although the last time I went they only had the ones with the mesh covering. I won't use those - there's no challenge there !!! Nothing like zapping your leg or ear every once in awhile to remind you of where you live LOL)

yes, i think you will find more household stuff at island fair dept. store and the nearby emporium @ four winds plaza. that must be the cash & carry.

Yes, that is the Cash and Carry. Both of them are fun places to visit.

Where is the cash and carry store?? Four winds sounds vaguely familiar

From Kmart in Tutu turn left and keep looking to your left - it's at the next light.

From Red Hook, head out through Smith Bay - road will dead end in Four Winds. When you come in the center at the light you will be in front of the Island Fair. Cash and Carry is the third store to the left.

No I am horrible at street numbers ....

Ahhh, Cash and Carry...

My island Bucket List includes getting rip-roaring drunk and buying all my Christmas gifts there. I can barely keep a straight face there sober!
