Did anyone else see an aircraft flying around the east end of St. Croix (Cotton Valley area) last night shining a spotlight around 3am or so? Were they looking for someone or something?

it could have been the Hurricane Hunters coming in for a landing on runway 28 with their landing lights on.....they have been flying up to the Bahamas checking on Joaquin.
