Aluminum Powder Coating and seat cushions

We have some cast aluminum dining chairs and are looking for someone to blast the old paint off then apply powder coat. Also, each chair has pretty simple mostly square cushion which we are looking to replace the foam with marine grade, thick cushion foam and some kind of attractive material made into the cushion cover that can be zipped or velcro'd on/off so we can drop the cushion cover in the washing machine from time to time as needed. Does anyone have a recommendation? Island: St. Thomas.
