I know lowlife has some issues they are working out, I just don't care for the harsh tones about it. The owners are great, nice people and so are a lot of others there. I work there a day a week, at the lower sterile bar, that I agree needs some more character.

More disappointing brunch news - Eat at Cane Bay no longer has the crepes (sp?)
Alas, they will be missed 🙁

Jamison, funny thing and since you actually work there, I now see why you jumped on my post rather than the post trashing Angry Nates!!! The owners may be great people, but, management of the place sucks. And, if you go there at night and sit at the long table overlooking the harbor, you cannot see the food on your plate...no lighting at or even above that serving area. Still, even in dim lighting, the food sucks and they serve warm beer...happened to our table 4 different nights! Can you say mismanagement? :S

I get ya. It is just the attacking tone I don't care for. Things will improve.

Usually like Angry Nates but beware if you ever order juice... I got a small ice-filled glass of cranberry juice and they charged me $4.75!!! Without knowing the price I got a "refill" and there you go... $9.50 on the bill for <6 sips of juice! I complained and got it reduced... that was my only negative experience there out of many many positive ones.

That sucks. No joke, best thing I've ever eaten was the burger at Eat, stuffed with pulled pork and topped with Jalepenos and pepper jack. Yea. Mind = Blown. Idk if it was also stuffed with crack but I still, a year later crave it.
