HS is in need of volunteers to help walk dogs, clean kennels, wash dishes, etc. if you can spare an hour of your morning from as early as 7:30am we would be grateful.

No. The cost of transporting the animal is covered. They just need a human flight companion.

They're trying to get him to his new home in Colorado and just need an escort. They pay to relocate but airlines require a human escort for pets. He'll be met and picked up in Colorado. They often need escorts for pets adopted from here to go to different parts of the US so if anyone if flying from STT to the states and can help take a pet, call them. I believe STX shelter has a similar program. Call them as well to check if they need a pet escort. Anything to get our island animals a new home!
