Any Information Appreciated! Coming Soon to STT

Hello everyone.

My wife and I are moving to STT very soon and I was wondering about something.... I am currently in the Restaurant Kitchen Exhaust "Hood" cleaning and repair business here in Florida (for 26 years). We also clean kitchen equipment and perform commercial kitchen details (cleaning and sanitizing the entire restaurant's kitchen).... We have a great business but it is time for a change.

I have found out that there is currently one company down there doing this and they are slammed with work. It's actually known here as a form of Fire Prevention.

Does anyone have information related to this? or maybe a Chef or Restaurant Owner that would like to comment in anyway?
