Hi!

I'm new to this forum and new to St criox. I grad from nursing school in Ca two years ago and have not stepped into a hospital since nursing school rotations! I've had a nice comfy school nurse position for the last 2 years and now that I'm moving to STX I think my best / only career option is to be a floor nurse.

Im really nervous, Any advice ( for technically a new grad)? Does the Gov J F L hospital have a good new grad program? Do they pair up new nurses with a preceptor? What's the culture like at the hospital. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
