Hello,

My husband and I have recently done quite a bit of research about all of the US and British Islands and have found that there are not too many rental opportunities on Saint John. It seems that there are plenty of vacation rentals but long term has proved to be very difficult (at least for us anyway). I saw on one web-site that a 3 bedroom will run anywhere from $4-6K per month on ST John. I have yet to have found a single rental opportunity and we have been investigating for a solid 3 weeks. If you hear of any resources regarding rentals on ST John, please let me know and I will do the same. Thx and lol with your adventure.

Hello,

You may want to look at what is on the market for sale, and then approach the listing agent with a rental proposal- just a thought, good luck..again : )

From what I have seen here the best bet is going to St. John and doing all the legwork yourself. Im going in Sept. myself> I will talk to everyone I happen to run into.. last time I was there I talked to someone on the plane who knew of a place. I wasnt looking at the time. I think its above the star market. 1 bedroom. You may want to call them and check.. cant hurt.
