Hi Everyone,
My husband and I are moving to STX in 2006. We are in the real estate biz here in DC. We hope to own apt buildings in STX and rehab them to a high level to rent them out to people that want a great, clean, modern, semi-luxury place with A/C to live in (short & long term leases). Do you think a demand for such housing is high in STX. Rents will run from $1000-$2000 per month. Thanks in advance.

there is an enormous demand for both short- and long-term rental properties on STX and it's growing constantly. By all means, give it a whirl.
