Hello All,

Retiring from active military soon and relocating to St Croix in December. Can anyone tell me if there are any military exchanges or commissary facilities on island? I have researched the VIANG websites but couldn't really find anything. Appreciate any assistance.

A small military exchange in a small warehouse located at the National Guard facilities in Estate Bethlehem, St. Croix.

Open Tuesday thru Saturday. Selection is limited, however, you will learn items you use on regularly you will buy at the PX and save. Its not one you would go shopping weekly----snacks, small can selection, liquor, small selection of TVs, household goods, etcc...

The wife and I will go every couple weeks for the items we buy regularly at the PX.

Items not available, talk to the manager as he can order items from Puerto Rico

There is a rumor about a small commissary being added but I have not been able to validate that one yet. FYI - they will order anything that you can find on the AAFES website but it can take a long time to get here as it is shipped "space available". We have used this option a couple of times and it has been great.

It was closed and. although the plan was to reorganize it to attract more business, it didn't reopen.

That's still sort of the plan, kind of...

don't give up hope yet (but don't hold your breath either).
