I am a terrific tenant! Semi-retired, non smoker, no pets. Extremely responsible and reliable. Looking for a studio or 1 BR, $600-$750 mo. I have been to STX and love it. I really like the idea of different cultures, food, languages. Yes, I have read the posts on crime and I don't participate in risky behavior, willing to take my chances. Love to sail and dive, grew up on the ocean in Oregon. I'm aware some of you are landlords, maybe some others just know of rentals. I would greatly appreciate any help. PM me if you have info you don't want to post.

As mentioned by others on the board, Pam lucas has a great reputation . Also Juanita ,who posts here ,has a nice centrally located place with several apartments in your price range. http://www.virginislandsrentals.com
To any potential landlords... I have had the opportunity to meet, and spend time with Jo , she would make a great tenant 🙂
