Budget $1500.00 dog will be coming later 40 lbs mutt knee tall literally sleeps all day. I am 48 employed wife 50 dog 10. We including the dog non smokers. Need to find a place and prepared to secure it by Friday. Willing to pay more if it's worth it. Also if happens to be a boat that's cool too. Pm me if you have something. It can be furnished or non and will have own transportation in the future. Thanks everyone.

On STT currently the island seems to be sprinkled liberally with "For Rent" signs for places that will never reach a realtor's desk.
Even the bulletin boards are sporting rental notices.
get a place for a week or 2 on AirBNB or similar rentals - rent a car and drive around, get the Island Trader, read Craigslist, network with anyone who you meet, use a realtor -- explore every option - good time to be looking, Good Luck!
