Hi,
I know this may sound silly.... but is there an asian market on STT? As a chef I know that resources are not like the mainland and I am wondering if there is food stuff I need to bring with me on the as I make the "BIG MOVE" this coming Monday.

I dont know. There are definately a few chinese restraunts...
I sure would love to see a thai restraunt here....

Hello Lance,
No Asian market, you might find some things in the grocery though. Bring what you need with you to keep you for a bit until you can see what's available.

I asked this question when I was searching for vegetarian products that I find in mainland asian markets. You may find leads thru a word search of vegetarian foods or vegetarian meats ....

AA Supplies in STT deals in Oriental foods. Look them up.
There is Thai food on STJ. Rhumblines in Cruz Bay.
