ATT hurricane credit
Can everyone let me know what ATT credited you for phone service after the storm? They’ve been giving me the run around saying I’ll get a credit next bill cycle since Xmas. They usually just transfer me around for 30 minutes on the phone every month until I give up for another month.
I switched to ATT post storms, and haven't received any credits for poor service. And the customer service has been terrible. I have better luck with their online chat than calling them, but don't really get results.
ATT credited me for part of Sept., all of Oct., Nov., and part of Dec., a total of 3 months.
I was proactive calling them in Sept. I, also, called the FCC. My wheel was very squeaky!
Keep calling, eventually you'll get someone who will help you.
They credited me for two months. I got that same "your credit will be automatic" line through the end of October. I called them a couple of times until I saw it applied to my account.

We got our credits on our November and December bills, with no calling. But we got service back very early in October.
