Well I said August 1st and I meant it. Unfortunately most of the contractors did not. We are into inspections this week and looking good. I have decided on a new date of August 20th. The wife arrives on the 19th so we can put her to work on the 20th. I might as well fess up,that ain't happening. Time soon come. If you had been there when it was the lobster reef,I promise you won't recognize the place.

You might feel behind schedule but if you open in the same month you planned you are way ahead of the curve.

I feeling good . Let the games begin . It has been an education . Changed my plans a few times but after about 4 years of studying and planing, it's coming together. Thank you all. I look forward to meeting everyone of you.

Come on man. I'm counting on you being open when we get to STX on 11/25, T-day. Our regular T-day restaurant won't be open this year. If you are open that day I want to make a reservation for two around 6pm.
