Good Day!
Can anyone refer me to a good commercial real estate agent?
Does anyone know how frequently retail space becomes available in Charlotte Amalie and Havensight Mall? I have tried repeatedly to e-mail the office at Havensight, but get no answer.
Thanks! 😎

TOPA is a big landlord downtown. Also Lockhart has some property and one more company I cannot think of at this moment.
GERS is the landlord for Havensight.

There are spaces available in town and in Havensight now. LOTS of space in the alleys in town, and even a few spaces on Main Street. It depends on your product as to what location would work best for you.

Also PLENTY of space at Yacht Haven Grande.

GERS is the landlord for Havensight.

GERS owns the Havensight Mall but WICO (The West Indian Company Limited) has always managed it and, notwithstanding ongoing negotiations which were last reported on in November 2011, I believe they still do.

Sue: The rent depends on lots of things. Waterfront is a lot, alleys, less.
