I am living in the states and want to subscribe to the Avis paper in STX. Will they send me a paper? Does anyone know how long it would take to receive it on a daily basis? How do I go about getting a subscription to this paper? Thanks for any help on this matter.

Yes, you can subscribe from the states. It's delivered via USPS Second Class. Call Avis for rates and info at 340-773-2300.
