Good Afternoon. Does anyone know how the bankruptcy laws in the USVI compare to the laws in, let's say, Florida? Thanks.

You would have to have an attorney licensed in both areas to give you this kind of advice, however I can tell you that bankruptcy law is Federal law, not state law, and as such the code that exists should be followed uniformly between jurisdictions.
