What should a floor manager expect to make in salary at a touristic busy bar?

According to my wife, the managers at Tickles Dockside Pub made $125 per shift...which is much less than the waitstaff and bartenders.

Thanks Marty for the info maybe I should try to look for a bartender gig instead.

It will most likely pay more than management. My wife was bringing home $250/day, in tips alone. Granted, she is probably cuter than "Bill" (I'm only guesing! haha!), so that may have something to do with it! haha!
