Mike, Looks like folks may be having trouble and don't want to call the office again. Just FYI, I haven't had any problems with BBVI in over a year.

I did call, when I got through & the nice lady told me that everything was normal, but it wasn't. Seems it was taken a step further though: today is the 1st day in weeks I have had uninterrupted streaming in weeks. Thanks nice lady for fixing whatever wasn't wrong!

Jimdandy and Rotorhead, what kind of BBVI package do you have?
Looks like you have a great connection!

But you're in North Carolina.

10 times the speed for half the price.

That's the only one worth getting if you do any kind of streaming. The lower bandwith package just does not work. I threw Innovative and television out of my life years ago, so it matters in my household. That said, I nearly cried when $35/mo got me 25mbps in Chicago last year.

They must like you better than they do me. I usually get 4-5 down and 1-1.5 up usually around 30ms latency.
This is to the Comcast server in Miami.

My parents live in a rural area in FL and get 18 Mbps for $30/month.

Comcast is set to roll out 50mbps and 100mbps packages in Chicago soon. (Or maybe they already have.) One of the big sacrifices one has to make when moving to the USVI from the continent is reasonable download speeds at reasonable prices.

Roku will stream OK in SD using the slower BBVI package, but if you want HD or need to use a VPN you really do need the faster package from BBVI.

I experience no buffering on Netflix or Amazon and most of the time MLB works great also.
