Coming down in 4 days and we have visited a few beaches, but we are looking to try many others. What is your one or two best beaches and why?

We have been to:
Rainbow
Sandy Point
Isaac's bay
Whistle Beach
Teague bay

Also we are going to do a lot of snorkeling this time, so any thoughts on those would be great. Thanks.

See you soon! 🙂

#1 Rainbow: for rythms,, a beach with a bar just works in so many ways and that beach is my favorite on island for many reasons (ok for snorkeling)

#2 Cowboy beach: Like rainbow but want to get away from the crowd? Just walk north a few hundred yards, BAM! cowboy beach! shore like can be a touch more rocky, sand is variable so check (ok for snorkeling)

#3 Butler bay: Even further north of cowboy beach is a crescent shaped secluded bay with limited parking and beach, when you get it to your self or with friends it's amazing & a cool spot. (GREAT for snorkeling)

there's probably other beaches too, don't go to them tho.

Tamarind Reef can be quite nice if what you want is snorkeling. Restaurant and bar and tiki huts to rent are great. It's not a great sandy beach for swimming but there's great snorkeling. Octopus, fish, lobster and turtles are just a few things I've seen there.

West wise theres so many options. Any of them willl do really 🙂

Davis Bay Beach, Cane Bay Beach (avoid the weekends), Columbus Landing, Mermaid Beach (or Shoys if you don't want to pay a fee to the Buc), Cramer Park

Any west end beach. I, personally, like facing the sun and ocean at the same time. It's hard to do with east or north beaches! Sandy Point is not open in the Summer months. South of Sand Castles is a great snorkeling area, so is around the Cruise Ship dock.

Depends on what you are looking for in a beach. If it is just the sand and shallow water
Cane Bay
Shoys
Rainbow
Butler BAy

If it is a beach to do diving
Cane Bay
Butler Bay ( parking your car not safe without a lookout )

Snorkeling
Rainbow go North in front of Elizabeths house to see all of the little reefs
