I am looking for ideas for fishing spots on the island of St.Croix that does not require a boat. Or is there any reasonable cost for fishing for half a day with everything included?

I think this subject was discussed on the forum not all that recently and the answer was that pretty much all shore locations have been fished out. There are charters for fishing available, don't know what reasonable is.
