I am just curious where the best and cheapest spot to get certified in either St john or St Thomas. I know Low Key is a great place to do it and isn't too expensive but are there other places on st john or stt to get it??

All the diving schools run certifications in great spots. I like Cokie for certification. It is far better than a pool up north.
