What is the best way to find a high-end, long-term rental in STT?

Contact a Realtor of your choice. Coldwell Banker on St. Thomas usually has some nice rentals, particularly out on the east end, near the Yacht Club. Actually, after asking that question, you will probably get plenty of PM's from the Realtors on this board. LOL

Not sure what size you're looking for, but I have a small one bedroom - very private, amazing views with a pool shared with one other tenant in Estate Harmony. Let me know if that's of interest. It's 1200 mth and will be available in one month.
