Boat Prices?

I know most everything is more expensive in the VI than stateside (well...Rum and Cigarettes excepted), but how's the used boat market? Specifically, sail boats in the 30' to 35' category, preferably catamaran, and less than 20 years old?

Also depends on the time of year and how close a storm is 🙂 Prices are comparable to South Florida with transit taken into account.
