Boating from STX to STJ...where to stay?

We're hoping to head to STJ next weekend (May 30th-June 2nd, NOT Memorial Day!) from St. Croix, 4 adults & a baby on a fishing boat. We're trying to decide where to stay when we get there, looking at Maho Bay & Cinnamon Bay tents or cottages. This will, of course, depend on where we're going to be able to keep the boat while we sleep. Any suggestions, info, or points in the right direction?

You can put the boat on a mooring in front of Maho for $15 a night as long as it is 60' or less. There are some moorings by Cinnamon, but a bit less boat friendly there, and rougher if there are any waves.

Either Maho or Francis Bay on a mooring for $15.00 per night and you can stay at Maho but you should make a reservation 🙂
