We leave in a few days to visit St. Thomas. Our purpose is to look at land and areas we might like to build a small seasonal home in. I'm looking for anyone out there who knows a lot about St. Thomas and/or anyone who has had this experience - of building a new home there. I would love to have a buddy I can email questions to and get advice from.
Anyone able to help us?
