Here she goes again. And .... "Bad credit is of no requirement for purchase of the home." I wonder if "good" credit is a requirement?

Isn't over extending people's credit what got us to where we are at today? Some of these Pols should look at the REAL numbers- numbers like the shortfall in votes come November when they are sent packing...and for good reason.

The USVI didn't suffer during the housing crisis precisely because we did not fall victim to such tactics. It's a shame that Ms. Hansen is considering such a program.
