Hi ...I saw an ad for a room for rent in Wintberg but I don't know much about the area...is it nice? safe?

Wintberg is located above/overlooking Tutu valley to the south/east, and Magen's Bay to the North.
It's a quiet residential area.
Landmarks are Beacon point, Mandahl Market, Hometown grocery, etc.
I think it's nice and safe 🙂
