What is the best Car dealorship to purchase from.

Thanks,

Yes, there is a Honda dealership on STX, in the La Grande Princesse area on the northshore road just west of Christiansted. I don't know of any Subaru dealership here and also don't recall seeing many Subarus around the island. A few of the dealerships carry multiple brands of automobiles. Caribbean Auto Mart is the largest of these and Metro Motors is another.

Which dealership is best depends on the type of vehicle you want. It's often best to purchase a used vehicle, as the prices are not as crazy and you won't be in agony with each new little ding you find in your bumper when you come back to where you parked it. If the used car has less than 50,000 miles on it and you buy it at a dealership's used car lot, they have to provide you with a period of warranty. That helped me a LOT when I found a couple of issues with my vehicle soon after buying it. But Caribbean Auto Mart really came through and did the repairs without questioning it. It took a little while to get parts.... but they did the work in the end. I was impressed not to get a huge run-around out of them.

I don't know about other dealerships, as the other cars I've purchased were through private sales. In one case, there were serious mechanical defects not disclosed by the seller that wound up making that car a wasted investment. I went to the Auto Mart for the next one!

Anyone ever purchased a Ford or Mercury from Metro Motors on STX?

Looking for feedback good or bad.

Thanks.
