I'm moving down in January and REALLY looking forward to the island experience. I plan to ship a vehicle down, but don't know what is most suitable to St. Croix. A midsize SUV like a Cherokee or a small car?

Anybody care to comment on Club St. Croix? It seems appealing from the internet.

Thanks in advance for any/all comments.

Any Crucians have an opinion on this? 🙂

Either would work, the SUV would be better on the off roads.

An SUV would have higher clearance for the back roads. They often have deep ruts and potholes.

Darrell,
Either will work. I have both. Since you're moving in Jan, the SUV might be better. It will be winter after all. :))

Welcome to our island,
Ric
