I am moving to St. Thomas in one month and found out that T Mobile has no service down there even roaming. What's the preferred service? I'll be living near Red Hook and I've heard Cingular works but does it work all over the island?

Hello Sarah,

Cingular & Sprint work here. They both have a few drop areas. Also there are local providers Centennial and Innovative Communication.

Folks living out on the East End whats your vote for better coverage on that end of the island? 🙂

I have Centennial. The messages in Spanish drive me crazy, but the service has been steadily improving.

I use Sprint, and it has been acceptable, if frustrating. It works on the south end of my condo, and about 5 steps into the living room, but dies at the north side of my place! I've adapted.
