Hello everyone,

I'm trying to change my address via the credit card website and it won't accept it.  I have a PO Box, but it wants my permanent address.  How do I format so they will accept it or do I just need to call each one?  Thanks everyone.

Haven't tried this because we're months away from doing what you're doing....but a postal worker told us to put our lot number i.e. 9 Parara as the number/street address and then your PO Box number on the next line where a suite/apt number would go.  Anyone else?

First Last

9 Parara

PO Box 00000

Christiansted,  VI 00000

@SatFlyer Yeah, I tried that no luck, at least with Chase.  I'll probably have to call each one.

When I saw Parara that’s what I guessed.  We’re all fine up here in Boston, working out of the house, but wish we were both on STX where it’s warm and sunny, 32 degrees this morning at the house, brrrr.
