Hi Everyone,
after taking a 5 month vacation back to the states I will be returning on May 1st. Does anyone know of a nyplace on STT or St John that is looking for a highly talented Executive Chef/Sous Chef?
Just counting the days.

Hi Lance. I know the Blue Water Grille at Sapphire is always looking but they suck to work for. I just quit. I did see a few things in the Trader this morning. Good luck.

LOL... That place was just opening as I was leaving. I had inside info that it was going to be amazing....... Glad I didn't stick around for that. I had had enough of BAD OWNERS..........lol
