Problem solved by my "local presence".
Went by this morning and it's apparent the receiver already had a new card but it was not fully inserted.

Promo for residential accounts. First 6 months bill reduced by $25 a month, Free HBO and Showtime for 3 months, Cinemax 1 cent for the first year.

MDU (multi-dwelling unit) or condos/apts. don't get the $25 reduction at this time. That promo expired. You still get the Free movies though.

Choice kept there word. No longer a choice for TV reception.
