I don't know how I missed this (Thank you, OT, for your post on TA) but they threw Caneel out of the concessionaire's seat at Trunk and Cinnamon. http://stjohnsource.com/content/community/national-park/2016/06/29/new-concessions-operator-selected-cinnamon-bay-trunk-bay- That's all well and good, never thought their concessions were much. But when you look up the new company, who advertises operating "outdoor adventure and resort destinations", the only other one they list is High Flyers at Foxwood, a zip line from a 32 story hotel? I am going to go get some popcorn....

That's incorrect according to the NPS and to many verified news reports.

Hopefully they will bring a zip line and dolphin enclosure to Trunk

If you read further, the company was founded in 2015 after the principal already had 10 years working in the field with other established corporations. So yes, under the current company there are limited credentials to date. However, my understanding is that the NPS carefully scrutinized and vetted the bids and didn't just give them a contract based on a wink and a nod. 😀

We will see...I'm keeping my skeptical hat on.

No, it isn't made of tin foil.
