Cleaning services on St John

Hello, is there a need for cleaning services on STJ? When we move to STJ one idea is to start a residential and commercial cleaning business. I have experience cleaning commercial businesses and have spent many summers on Cape Cod cleaning vacation rentals. I have researched a little but have not found much for those type of services in any STJ online business directorys. I'm wondering if that is because there is a lack of services or because they are mostly word of mouth businesses? I will have the business start up funds as well as a dependable vehicle to get around to the hillside vacation villas. Thanks for any input. I am a social worker but after chatting with a social worker from STT, working in the field on STJ does not sound promising.
