Hi All,

Been reading lots, trying to figure out the best way to go about getting the utilities transferred from the current owner of the Condo we will be closing on in 2 weeks.

It sounds like you have to do it in person???

Don't know yet if we will close in person or thru mail, however, am planning on coming down right after close if done thru mail. Was only planning a week there to do what I need to do, which is utilities and some cosmetic changes to the unit (done by myself). Is that realistic or am I crazy (on the utilities side).

Those of you who have done this, I would appreciate any and all input. Will have a ton more questions on some other points shortly.

We are buying in Mahogany Run.
