I'm strongly considering these condos as well as the Reef at Teagues Bay. Anyone
care to comment on either? Thanks in advance.

The Reef is very nice. We own a unit there.
Has its own water plant, golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool and a deli and restaraunt on the property. Very quiet on the east end of the island. All units have wonderful ocean views out towards Buck Island. 51 two bedroom units 50 one bedroom/loft units
Fees may seem high, however the on site full time staff do a nice running the property. Very professionally managed. Reserve funds are well funded. Maintaining property in the tropics is expensive.
Price appreciation has been good
Mostly seasonal residents Nov - May.

Britt: I would like to know a little more please -- I'm interested in the one bedroom/loft type place. How much do they rent for and are they all furnished? Thanks in advance, Kathy

Go to the web site www.enjoystcroix.com and look at the various properties that Donna Ford represents. She has several one bedroom units available at the Reef. You can look at our unit at www.jimdandyvilla.com, but mine is a two bedroom unit.
The rent depends on the season and the length of stay.
Units are furnished and fulle equipped.
