The development and hotel project at William and Punch had had their CZM permit declared complete by DPNR. Now just the building permit. Yeah Fredricksted!

Fall begins at 3:44 pm with the Vernal (fall) Equinox. The sun passes the equator and our days begin to get shorter. Celebrate the end of the summer of 08.
Of the 3 escape prisioners from Golden Grove, the one that got shot died last night and another was apprehended. The third is still at large.
