Does anyone know of a good computer repair technician on STT?! Yikes.

I was able to get it fixed by calling IBM on the phone-imagine that!

YEAH ! Glad you were able to get it fixed! Our Dell hard drive crashed and it took 2 weeks to resolve. My husband was so fed up he built a new one for us. It's a fast, generic, great computer. Our son got the Dell 🙂

I am glad to hear that you got this resolved. I was going to suggest a local company to you, but because I personally have never used them I hesitated.
I too have always had very good luck resolving any computer issues by using phone support.
