I'm looking for an HOA that allows two small pets. I thought I'd found the perfect place: Coakley Bay. Great location (views), survived Hugo, on-site generator. But only one pet allowed. That's a deal breaker for this older couple.
Thank you for any suggestions. I am researching for a purchase within the next year.

Sugarbeach on STX allows owners to have 2 pets under 30 pounds per unit.
Rental guest are not allowed to bring pets unless they are service dogs

Plantation at Southgate allows 1 pet if you rent, 2 pets if you own.

Questa Verde allows 2 pets if you own, under 30 lbs (or might be 25)
Renters are not allowed pets.
