Can anyone recommend a company for Homeowners insurance on STT. We recently bought a condo at Mahogany Run.

See who handles Island Heritage on STT. They are rated A- in Best and are cheaper than Lloyds. You can find Island Heritage's agent on their web site.
Marshall Sterling handles them on STX.

Mahogany Run carries a blanket policy for the condominiums that includes windstorm coverage, and the premium is included in your HOA fee. You can call Miss Thomas at 777-6880 if you need a copy of the policy. You may be asking for coverage for the interior of the condo, like renters insurance. You can call Inter-Ocean Insurance at 774-2999 and ask for Ms. Caxton or call Marian Mathes Insurance at 776-3446 and ask for Ms. Williams. Between these two companies, they broker for all the companies that write business here, including Island Heritage.

Thanks so much for the information. Yes, I was asking about renter type insurance for the interior. I will give these places a call.
