sorry to keep posting questions we are coing down to stt this weekend to check out a few places on stt.. i just want to make sure we and the realtor has all bases covered.. looks like hawks hill and on other by the airport alow them please let me know if you know of others thanks again!!

There's not much on MLS lately that allows pets, especially bigger dogs.
Pick up the free weekly Island Trader and look thru the rental ad sections.
Daily News as well. More options than MLS has presently as not everyone wishes to pay a Realtors commission to get their property rented tho it helps get things rented faster.

Choose a location that will be an easy commute to work and things you enjoy doing.

There are several pet-friendly STT rentals on craigslist - but they're not condos. Why the emphasis on condos or are you still convinced that buying is the way you want to go from the outset?

still not 100 percent on which island to go to so we just booked today a flight for a long weekend coming in sat and leaving tues.. the places on st croix seemed a little older..

I know someone sent me a pm but i did delete it beacaue i was looking at stx.. was that you? if so please send again
